• LinkQu Gateway: Payment processing details (We do not store your full banking or card details).
• System Logs: Operational console logs for technical debugging.

3. Data Retention Protocol

Inactive account data is archived after 6 months of inactivity. Server data and logs are purged 7 days after a unit has been decommissioned. You may request total data expungement by opening a priority support ticket.

4. Cookies & Persistent Tokens

KitsuHost utilizes encrypted session tokens and local storage to maintain your authentication state and theme preferences. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are deployed within the console.

5. Security Hardening

We employ industrial-grade hashing and encryption to protect your sensitive keys. However, no digital environment is 100% secure. Users are encouraged to utilize unique passwords and enable 2FA where possible.

6. Regulatory Alignment

While operating internationally, we strive to adhere to standard data protection frameworks. We will only disclose your data if mandated by legal warrants issued by authorized jurisdictions.
