Terms of Service

KitsuHost Legal Framework

By accessing the KitsuHost infrastructure, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the operational protocols outlined below. Last update: May 2026.

1. Authorization of Service

KitsuHost provides automated server provisioning and management through the Pterodactyl interface. All services are rented on a subscription basis. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to operate hosted software within the technical constraints of your chosen specification tier.

2. Prohibited Operations

Users are strictly forbidden from utilizing the infrastructure for:

  • Cryptocurrency mining or high-intensity resource exhaustive tasks without prior authorization.
  • Distribution of illegal content, pirated software, or malware.
  • Conducting DDoS attacks, network scanning, or unauthorized security penetration tests.
  • Phishing, spamming, or hosting fraudulent web environments.

3. Resource Allocation Matrix

Resource limits (CPU, RAM, Disk) are hard-capped. Attempting to bypass these technical constraints or exploit vulnerabilities in the virtualization layer will result in immediate decommissioning of the unit without refund.

4. Billing & Financial Protocols

All transactions are processed through authorized payment gateways (LinkQu). Subscriptions must be renewed manually via the dashboard. Failure to settle invoices prior to the expiration timestamp will trigger the Automatic Suspension Protocol. Suspended servers will be purged from the registry after 7 days of inactivity.

5. Liability Constraints

While we maintain a high-density infrastructure with redundant power, KitsuHost does not guarantee 100% uptime. Users are responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups. KitsuHost is not liable for data loss or business interruption resulting from technical failures or decommissioning.

6. Termination of Access

KitsuHost reserves the right to terminate access to the console and decommission units at any time if a breach of these protocols is detected.
